ME

This is my story of dedication (for getting into my dream school), belief (in God), courage (to regain the confidence I have lost), and hope (in eventually, finding my Romeo). Let's see how it all works out.

physics - indeed you have helped me

I wouldn't call myself fat. Or skinny. However, today, after running (correction: jogging) back and forth for my physics project and racing my 7th grade sister around one lap of the track (1/6th mile), I was exhausted. I ran out of breath, my face turned crimson, and I could feel my heart perpetuate loud beats. And do you want to know the worst part? Even my dad could complete the whole lap without pausing to take a breath. It's absolutely ridiculous. Right now, I am ready to march downstairs to make me some popcorn. But starting tomorrow, I will exercise. I'll run the treadmill. Do some weights. I promise.

Anyone have some advice?

  1. I recently started going to the gym. In the beginning I was always lazy...after I started running the treadmill I was motivated to run more and more. Now, I'm doing pretty good. So, when you don't feel like going to the gym, go anyway and do what you like best.

  3. @pricila peteres: that is a good idea! however, seeing as i still don't have my license, it's nearly impossible for me to go to the gym. i'll settle for my treadmill. :)
